Do I need to be officially diagnosed with PCOS to join?

No. If you have PCOS symptoms (irregular cycles, high androgens, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance), you're welcome. We'll help you understand what's happening in your body.

Do I need to buy specific supplements?

No. I'll provide recommendations and share where I source mine (including my affiliate links with full transparency about commissions if there are any), but you're free to purchase elsewhere or not at all. Supplements support the work - they don't replace it.

Can I join if I'm trying to conceive?

Absolutely. Many aspects of this program support fertility optimization naturally. We'll discuss which supplements and practices are TTC-safe. However, I cannot comment on IVF or FET cycles, although the strategies I suggest may still help.

Will this work if I've already tried everything?
